1 año del final de ‘Game of Thrones’

El pasado martes hizo ya un año del punto y final de una serie que pasó a la historia del arte, Game of Thrones.

Muchos la han considerado como una de las mejores, por no decir la mejor, serie de nuestra década. Con 8 temporadas a su espalda, la serie creada a partir del talento literario de George R.Martin pactó su final hace un año con un episodio que creó mucha controversia.

La última temporada fue la que más repercusión obtuvo en todos los sentidos, pero ese es el efecto que crea una buena serie: que siempre da que hablar. Casi con una década de episodios y llevando en su espalda una gran lista de premios reconocidos por la academia y otra enorme lista de nominaciones para el increíble cast que la ha compuesto, Game of Thrones va a pasar a la historia sin dudarlo.

Sophie Turner, Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey y Maisie Williams han encabezado la lista de actrices que han recibido un mayor número de nominaciones junto a Kit Harington y Peter Dinklage, por escenas memorables o la esencia que cada uno de los personajes transmitía tras la pantalla.

Una estética que enamoró a todo fan y con una historia de pura locura entre reinos enfrentados, Game of Thrones se volvió una gran competidora para sagas como Lord of the Rings, mostrando la unión medieval con toques de magia en un ambiente nuevo, desconocido de la mano de uno de los mayores talentos de la literatura como es George R.Martin.

Uno de los elementos que ha hecho que esta serie pase a la historia ha sido el desarrollo de todos los personajes

Un ejemplo de un increíble desarrollo lo tenemos en Sansa (Sophie Turner), quien al comienzo de esta larga historia se presentaba como una cría malcriada, inconsciente y sin la capacidad de madurar y observar como era su realidad. Con el tiempo y con todo lo que por desgracia le tocó vivir, podemos ver tanto física como mentalmente el crecimiento de esa pequeña niña a una mujer fuerte, dura y con las ideas claras para luchar por y para su gente.

Y un ejemplo de mal desarrollo, considerado el peor de todos, es Daenerys (Emilia Clarke). Al comienzo de la serie se nos presentó a una joven maltratada por su familia, tratada como un trozo de carne y quien se da cuenta de ello, apartando a quienes no supieron quererla y luchando para ser una mujer independiente… pero eso no duró toda la serie. Al final de su historia, la madre de dragones rompe las cadenas de su cordura para volverse irreconocible, dejando de ser esa luchadora para volverse una pobre perdida e irreconocible.

Una serie que dejó marca en la década, siendo un antes y un después y a la vez un ejemplo a tener en cuenta en la creación. Game of Thrones, inigualable en todos los sentidos.
